EX80 series insertion type magnetic inductive flowmeters
EX80 Series, Insertion Magnetic Inductive Flowmeters, Pipe Sizes 1” to 12”, Weld-on, Saddle or Tee Fittings to Suit Most Pipe Work
Magnetic Inductive or EMF flowmeters use the principles described by Faraday to derive the velocity of a conductive liquid flowing through a magnetic field. The EX80 Series from Flowtechnik transposes this principle into a simple insertion design that is ideal for measuring most conductive liquids. As the pipe becomes the ‘body’ of the flowmeter, costs are reduced (especially on larger pipe sizes) making the EX series very economic when compared with in-line flowmeters.
