The P Series is a version of the B Series specifically designed for Phosphate Esters such as Skydrol and Hyjet, as well as fire-retardant fluids such as Pydraul, Fyrquel and Houghton 900 series. Typically these liquids are harsh on plastics and elastomers used in the construction of flowmeters, by replacing them with better materials such as PTFE, Pyrex, EPDM, FFKM and new scales based on a SG of 1.145 it is now suitable for use on all types of aerospace, mining, tunnelling and gas turbine hydraulic system.
